Stores Operative

Job Purpose

  • Liaise with the Stores Manager and Stores Team Members to achieve basic goals required for working in a Stores environment;
  • Liaise with the Stores Manager to report any stock issues;
  • Liaise with ATL Ltd staff to fulfil or direct their requests for stored goods.


Main Duties

  • To aid the Stores Team in general warehousing duties, whilst continuing with the job training in our procedures;
  • Required to display an understanding of both picking and packing and be capable of carrying out these tasks alone or with minimal supervision;
  • Required to have a basic knowledge and be showing improvements in their understanding of stored products, their part numbers, locations and batch control;
  • Required to understand and comply with the procedures in place to fulfil their goals in the stores role;
  • Required to be able to identify stock control/movement issues and rectify these problems.


Other jobs within your capabilities may be requested by Senior Management from time-to-time including any other role that you possess experience in that the Company may require you to fulfil.
