The Job

Our Production Technicians handcraft Liquid Containment Systems, predominantly flexible fuel tanks used in many industries, including motorsport, automotive, marine, defence, aviation and aerospace! You will be fully trained by our in-house training team who will give you the skills and knowledge required to perform the role effectively. The Cell Production Team will support you as you develop your skills allowing you to progress to more complex products.

The Company

Industry leader in fluid containment, we work with world-famous brands, predominantly in the motorsport industry. We also supply products into the Aerospace, MOD and Marine markets so our quality is of the utmost importance. You will be proud to work in our state-of-the-art facility located conveniently on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre. We are recruiting for new team members due to huge growth.

Experience

The products we manufacture are handcrafted with care and attention-to-detail. Relevant experience for this role would align with previous experience where manual dexterity, high levels of quality, detail and precision have been proven either in the workplace or as a hobby. The successful applicants will be given full training to enhance their already evidenced skillset.

The successful candidate will have:

Package

Competitive Salary - £12.10 ph starting salary

Bonus scheme – a finishing bonus of £1.50 per hour per job will be paid for all jobs completed on time following successful completion of the probation period - as a good will gesture this will be paid for all jobs completed on time during the probation period whilst you are training.

Shift Pattern:

  • 40 hrs per week
  • Day shifts of 8 hrs 08.00-16.30
  • Monday to Friday
