ATL manufactures many tanks from its FIA FT3.5 approved materials. Our FT3.5 fabrics are popular choice for WRC, GT, DTM and like our other materials, thanks to their outstanding strength, flexibility and weightsaving properties they dominate the ranks of every series they are used in.
Based on the same weave construction as ATL’s FT5 material, our revolutionary FT3.5 rubberised fabric is again constructed using duPont Kevlar fibres and an ATL proprietary synthetic elastomer coating. Fewer strands are required to achieve this specification, which results in an incredibly lightweight and highly flexible fuel bladder.

ATL can supply complete fuel systems for WRC and S2000 rally cars, our lightweight, low cost fuel systems have been leading the way in WRC for many years and are sure to continue this sucess in the new S2000 class.

ATL fuel cells offer an amazing fusion of being lightweight yet extremely durable, this means that they are a popular choice for endurance racing. This was demonstrated at the Le Mans 24 hour race in 2009 with well over half the grid choosing to use ATL fuel systems. ATL's unique construction methods also allow internal baffle systems to be constructed which help ensure optimum fuel scavange - critical in the closing laps of any endurance race.
