ATL's technology has expanded from Fuel Cells for race cars, race boats and experimental aircraft into a host of other "flexible composite" creations.
Through the company's constant research and development programs, ATL has devised pneumatic lift bags, flotation chambers, nuclear pipe plugs, submarine ballast cells, collapsible water reservoirs, toxic waste containment systems, dielectric conservators, high pressure tank liners, satellite test balloons, air-lift fuel drums, biogas collector tanks and hundreds of other technological advances.
If you or your firm has a project that may be better served by flexible composite devices, contact ATL Inc (USA) .

ATL designs and manufactures collapsible vessels, expulsion bladders, accumulators and compensators for performing many space-related functions. "CWR's" (collapsible water reservoirs) by ATL contain and dispense ultra-pure water for EMU's, SpaceLab experiments and condensate recovery systems. "CWC's (contingency water containers) collect fuel cell water for critical crew supplies, and also function as waste holding bladders and purification system components.
Other flexible fabrications from ATL include media bags, bellows, crystal growth chambers, surge dampers, fuel and solvent containers, inflatable structures and impact attenuators.
Discuss your needs for high reliability, micro gravity flex-tanks with an ATL design engineer. In most cases they can provide a sophisticated yet inexpensive solution using one of ATL's 100 in-house flexible-composite materials. |

ATL is the originator and world leader in Collapsible and Portable Secondary Containment. ATL’s Port-A-Berm™ and Speedi-Berm™ dikes are inexpensive devices to capture leaks and spillage of hazardous liquids, as well as hold contaminated soils and debris.
Berm capacities range from 100 gallons (400 liters) to over 50,000 gallons (200,000 liters). Chemical resistance extends to acids, alkalis, fuels, solvents, etc.
ATL also offers its Chem-Flex® pillow-type bladders as primary holding vessels for effluent storage and for spill clean-up retention.

For over 3 decades, ATL has produced self- sealing, self-healing, non-exploding BallistiCoat™ fuel tanks. These safety tanks are used by the U.S. Secret Service, C.I.A., state and local Law Enforcement agencies, U.S. Military, Heads of State and Corporate executives.
Working from stock OEM fuel tanks, ATL adds various levels of ballistic protection to help prevent fuel leaks, fires and explosions in armored cars, SUV's, limousines, police cruisers and combat vehicles. BallistiCoat™ includes full safety foam baffling, gauge protection, access flanges, leak tests and certification. Shrapnel protection is also available via our process of adding multiple layers of aramid fiber material and coatings to our BallistiCoat™ tanks. |
